The fine print, in plain words

Renewal

Your plan renews automatically through AutoPay at the price shown, until you cancel. Your bank or card issuer may notify you before each charge.

Cancellation

Cancel AutoPay any time from Manage subscription. No further charges are taken, and you keep your benefits until the end of the period you have paid for.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails we retry automatically and keep your benefits for a short grace period. Fix your payment method any time from Manage subscription.

Free trials

Free trials need AutoPay to be authorised but charge nothing until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you will never be charged.

Refunds

If something is wrong, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refunded periods end immediately.

7-day plans

A 7-day plan is a paid plan that renews every 7 days. It is not a free trial — free trials are offered separately and are labelled as such.
